ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS

Workshops are effective tools to introduce and acquire new communication and behavioral skills around a specific area of focus.  Our workshops are highly interactive, incorporate real-life scenarios, and are designed to produce positive behavioral change. Because behavioral change is a journey that takes time, the length of any workshop is determined based upon desired outcomes and expected results.

“Power Hours”


(1 to 1 1/2 hours) introduce a topic and desired behaviors.

Shorter workshops


(3 to 4 hours) are designed to explore a topic and introduce/begin practice of new communication and behavioral skills.

Longer Workshops


(1 day) provide more in-depth teaching and practice of new communication and behavioral skills. Full-day format also allows time for group coaching as well as more individualized attention.

Workshop Series


(multiple sessions/days) provide time for deeper exploration of topics and more comprehensive practice of new behaviors. Skills acquisition is accelerated through practice in the workplace between sessions to anchor in new behaviors and increase accountability.
